| 摘 要： | 目的探讨胃癌癌前状态细胞凋亡的检测方法。方法胃镜取活组织标本经病理证实为胃癌癌前状态38例，将组织消化成单个细胞后，随机分别采用PI单染、TUNEL法、AnnexinV／PI双染后，再于流式细胞仪上检测细胞凋亡率。结果PI单染法细胞凋亡率（20．00±7．19）％，TUNEL法细胞凋亡率（39．00±12．17）％，AnnexinV／PI双染细胞凋亡率（28．00±10．62）％。任意两组比较均不同。结论三种检测方法中，AnnexinV／PI双染较为灵敏、准确、特异，另外两种方法均有缺点。 |

Measurement methods for cell apoptosis of precancerous condition of gastric cancer |

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the measurement methods of cell apoptosis of precancerous condition of gastric cancer. Methods Gastric biopsy specimens were taken by endoscopy from 38 patients with precancerous condition of gastric cancer confirmed by pathology. They were randomly and respectively stained by propidium iodide （PI） or terminal deoxynucleotidal transferase-mediated nick endlabelingor （TUNEL） or FITC AnnexinV coporated with propidium iodide（AnnexinV/PI）,and then cell apoptosis of these tissues were measured by flow cytometry. Results Cell apoptosis of these three groups were 20. 00%±7.19% （PI）, 39.00%±12.17% （TUNEL）, 28.00%±10.62 % （AnnexinV/PI）, respectively. The data of the tissues among the three groups were significantly different （P〈0. 01）. Conclusion Among the three measurement methods, AnnexinV/PI is more sensitive, accurate, specific and the other two methods have drawbacks. |
