胱抑素C检测对糖尿病肾病的诊断价值

摘    要:目的检测血清胱抑素C(Cys-C)浓度并与血清尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(Cr)、尿α1-MG、β2-MG进行比较,从而评价血清胱抑素在糖尿病肾病的早期诊断的价值。方法应用免疫比浊法测定血清CyS-C浓度,并与血清尿素氮、肌酐、尿α1-MG、β2-MG进行比较。结果CyS—C、α1-MG、β2-MG、BUN、Cr检测结果糖尿病性肾病组较单纯糖尿病组与健康对照组明显增高,差异有非常显著性(P〈0.01),糖尿病性肾病组中Cyst-C、α1-MG、β2-MG和BUN、Cr阳性率分别为96.8(59/62),84.2(52/62),86.9(53/62),68.0%(42/62),72.8%(44/62),血清CyS-C浓度与α1-MG、β2-MG、BUN、Cr比较差异有显著性(P〈0.05)。结论Cyst-C在糖尿病肾病(DN)早期诊断上有较高的检出率,具有一定的诊断价值。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate cystatin C(Cyst-C) in diagnosis of early diabetic nephropathy by comparing the value of serum Cyst-C with serum urea nitrogen,creatinine,urine α1--macroglobulin and β2-microglobulin. Methods The value of serum Cyst-C was determined by immunoturbidimetry, and was compared with that of serum urea nitrogen, creatinine, urine α1- macroglobulin, β2-microglobulin. Results The values of Cyst-C α1--macroglobulin, β2-microglobulin, urea nitrogen and creatinine nephropathy group were obviously higher than those in diabetes without nephropathy and control groups. The positive rate of Cyst-C,α1-macroglobulin,β2-microglobulin,BUN and Cr was 96. 8% (59/62) ,84.2% (52/62) ,86.9% (53/62) ,68.0% (42/62 and 72. 8% (44/62) respectively. The positive rate of Cyst-C was significantly higher than that of α1-macroglobulin, β2-microglobulin,BUN and Cr. Conclusion Cyst-C has a certain value in diagnosis of early diabetic nephropathy.
