带肌肉颞肌筋膜修复羟基磷灰石义眼台植入术后暴露

目的探讨羟基磷灰石义眼台植入术后暴露的治疗方法。方法对13例羟基磷灰石义眼台植入术后暴露患者应用带肌肉的颞肌筋膜覆盖的方法进行处理。结果13例患者12例一次成功，1例因感染2次手术成功。结论带肌肉的颞肌筋膜，抗感染能力强，韧性好，对创面要求低易于成活是一种较好的材料。

Treatment of exposed hydroxyapatite implants with temporalis fascia and temporalis

[Objective] To study a new method to cure the exposure of orbital implants. [Methods] A piece of temporalis fascia and the temporalis was carefully harvested, it was patched to the debrided hydroxyapatite exposure area with the fascia surface facing outward.13 cases are treated in this way. [Results] 12cases successfully treated with single graft surgery. 1 case needed the second surgery. There was no complication noted during more than 6 months of follow up. [Conclusions] This technique offers an encouraging alternative for the management of exposed hydroxyapatite implants.
