低频交变高压电磁场对脂蛋白代谢及血液流变学的影响

摘    要:为探讨低频交变高压电磁场对脂蛋白代谢及血液流变学的影响,应用交变高压电磁场治疗心脑血管疾病320例,对比分析治疗前后55例血清脂蛋白及春亚组分和30例血液流变学指标的变化。结果显效125例,好转166例,无效29例,治疗后血清TG、TC、LDL-C降低,HDL-C浓度升高,TC/HDL-C、LDL-C/HDL-C比率降低;降低了全血和血浆粘度。提示:低频交变高压电磁场能改善脂蛋白代谢,发迹血液流变

Abstract:In order to investigate the effects of high-voltage alternative electromagnetic field on lipoprotein metabolism and hemodynamics, 320 cases of cardiocerebrovascular diseases were treated by high-voltage alternative electromagnetic field. The lipoprotien and its subgroups of 55 cases and hemodynamics of 3O cases were compared between pre- and post-treatment. The results showed that 125 cases showed significant effect, l66 cases were improved and 29 cases were effectiveless. After treatment, total cholesterol (TC), triglycerides (TG), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) levels were reduced, high-density lipoprotein cholesterol increased significantly, and the TC/HDL-C and LDL-C/HDL ratio aslo decreased significantly- Meanwhile, the blood and plasma viscosity was decreased significantly. It was concluded that the high-voltage alternative electromagnetic field cou1d improve lipoprotein metabolism and hemodynamics. The therapeutic and preventive effects are significant for cardiocerebrovascular diseases.
