摘    要:目的 观察非体外循环冠脉搭桥术中自体血回输技术对红细胞流变学的影响。方法 随机将48例非体外循环冠状动脉搭桥术患者分为2组(自体血液回输组、对照组),对2组不同时间点的流变学特性进行对比观察。结果 与术前相比,自体血液回输组洗涤前流变学特性明显升高,经过洗涤处理后恢复至术前水平;两组术前、术后3h的流变学参数无明显差异。结论 输入洗涤后自体血液,对机体全身血液流变学特性无明显负面影响。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To observe the influence of autotransfusion on red cell deformability and assess the application of this technique during off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting (OPCABG).METHODS 48 patients who underwent OPCABG were enrolled in autotransfusion group and control group randomly. Samples were taken for the determination of red cell deformability prior to disposal of centrifuging and washing, after disposal of centrifuging and washing, and 3 hours after transfusion of the blood. RESULTS The deformability of the shed blood increased obviously, then recovered rapidly after the procedure of centrifuging and washing by cell saver. No significant differences between the two groups were discovered on red cell deformability before operation and 3 hours after operation of the blood. CONCLUSION Autotransfusion has no adverse effect on systemic rheological characteristics.
