摘    要:「目的」研究海南地区不同人群TTV感染情况。「方法」对162例城市一般人群、153例农村少数民族、120例献血员、96例丙氨酸氨基转移酶异常者、68例血透析者、92例非甲~庚型肝炎病人、102例甲~庚型肝炎病海南地区以上8种人群中的阳性率依次为10.5%、8.5%、9.2%、11.5%、17.6%、40.2%、26.5%、38.7%,各类人员之间差异非常显著(P〈0.01);TTV阳性甲~庚型肝炎

Abstract:Objective] To study TT virus infection among various populations in HaiNan.[Methods] The blood samples were from 8 different individuls groups. TTV DNA in serum sampies was detected by nested-polymerase chain reaction, partial gene of two strains of TTV was cloned and sequenced, and their genetic variation was analyzed.[Result] TTV DNA was detected in the sera from 17 of 162(10.5%) general individuals, 13 of 153(8.5%) countryside minority individuals, 11 of 120 (9.2%) blood donors, 11 of 96 (11.5%) elevated alanine aminotransferase persons, 12 of 68 (17.6%) hemodialysis patients, 37 of 92 (40.2%) patients with non-A to G hepatitis, 27 of 102 (26.5%) patients with A to G hepatitis, 7 of 181 (38.7%) intravenous drug users. There wrer significant different in various population (P<0 01). The sequence Analysis show that there were above 98% nucleotide identity among AB017610 (from Japan), AB011490 (from Japan).[Conclusion] The results of the study suggest that TTV infection is common in various populations in HaiNan. The intravenous drug users and patients with non-A to G hepatitis are the population at high risk for TTV infection.
