| 摘 要： | P物质在骨代谢过程中起着重要作用，它在骨修复与重建过程中的作用逐渐成为人们研究的热点。作者重点就P物质在骨形成和骨吸收中作用的研究进展，尤其是在正畸过程中牙周组织的改建方面加以阐述，为进一步明确P物质在骨代谢过程中的作用机制提供理论依据

| Abstract: | Substance P(SP) plays important roles in bone metabolic process.It gradually became a hot point in research of bone reparation and re-establishment.The author emphasized the research progress of function of SP in bone formation and resorption,especially in rebuilding of odontoperiosteum,which will give the theoretical evidence in order to identify the mechanism of SP action in bone metabolic process. |
