| 摘 要： | 方法:将70例符合椎基底动脉供血不足诊断标准的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各35例,治疗2周后,分别对眩晕的主观评定和眩晕症状量表进行观察.结果:治疗组有效率77.14%,对照组51.43%,差异有非常显著意义(P＜0.01);疗后眩晕的主观评定和眩晕症状量表评分,治疗组均优于对照组(P＜0.01).结论:电针太阳穴是治疗椎基底动脉供血不足的有效方法.

| Abstract: | 70 cases of vertebral-basilar insufficiency were assigned randomly to treatment group(35 cases)and control group(35 cases).After treatment for 2 weeks,the VAS,Vertigo Symptom Scale were observed respectively.Results indicated that the effective rate was 77.14% in the treatment group and 51.43% in the control group with significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01).There were significant different in the VAS,Vertigo Symptom Scale after treatment,(P<0.01),the treatment group is better than the control group.The result indicated that electro-acupuncture on Tai Yang is an effective method for vertebral-basilar insufficiency.Author's address:Guang An Men Hospital,the China Academy of TCM,Beijing 100053,China |
