整体护理在中晚期食管癌放化疗患者治疗过程的应用

目的：探讨整体护理对食管癌术后患者生活质量的影响。方法：65例中晚期食管癌放化疗患者随机分为整体护理组（33例）和传统护理组（32例），传统护理组采用常规护理，整体护理组以病人为中心，根据病情实行全方位的护理。采用欧洲癌症研究与治疗组织（EORTC）开发的癌症病人生命质量核心量表（EORTCQTQ-C30）对两组患者放化疗10d前后生活质量进行评价及并发症发生的观察。结果：整体护理组患者的各项功能、总的生活质量及并发症等均比传统护理组显著提高，P〈0．05。结论：整体护理能显著提高食管癌放化疗患者的生活质量，降低并发症发生率。

Holistic Nursing Care in the Middle - late Stage of the Process of Radi- ation and Chemotherapy Treatment in Patients with Esophageal Appli- cation

Objective：To study the holistic nursing care of patients after esophagectomy were the in- fluence on the quality of life. Methods ：65 cases of esophageal middle -late radiation and chemothera- py patients were randomly divided into holistic nursing care group and the traditional care group, re- spectively for 33 cases and 32 cases. Conclusions： Holistic nursing can significantly improve the quality of life of patients with esoph- ageal radiation and chemotherapy, reduce the incidence of complications.
