综合性物理治疗在高血压脑出血并发重症肺部感染患者中的临床应用

摘    要:目的:探讨综合性物理治疗高血压脑出血(HICH)并发重症肺部感染的临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析我科2005-09-2011-09收治的72例HICH并发重症肺部感染患者,随机分为2组,常规治疗组(36例)单用抗生素全身抗感染及对症支持治疗;观察组(36例)在全身抗感染及支持对症治疗基础上给予综合性物理治疗,并和常规治疗组进行临床疗效、细菌学疗效的对比。结果:综合性物理治疗组临床有效率明显高于对照组(P〈0.05);综合性物理治疗组痰细菌培养阳性率明显低于常规治疗组(P〈0.05)。结论:HICH并发重症肺部感染患者使用综合性物理治疗能有效地控制院内感染并提高临床治疗效果。

Clinical Application of Synthetic Physiotherapy in the Patients with Severe Pulmonary Infection Secondary to HICH

Abstract:Objective:To discuss the clinical therapeutical effects in the patients with severe pulmo- nary infection secondary to HICH after synthetic physiotherapy. Methods:Retrospectively analyse 72 patients with this disease who were treated from September,2005 to September,2011. To divide these patients into two groups, and in the routine therapy group single- use antibiotics to take anti -infec- tive and symptomatic and supporting therapy , in the control group give the therapy like that in the routine therapy group and synthetic physiotherapy. Then compare the two groups in clinical and bacte- riological therapeutical effects. Results: The effectiveness in the control group is more significantly than that in the routine therapy group ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Positive expression of the bacterial culture for spu- tum in the control group is significantly less than that in the routine group ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusions: Nosocomial infections can be controlled effectively and clinical therapeutical effects can be improved by using synthetic physiotherapy in the patients with severe pulmonary infection secondary to HICH.
