二种化疗方案治疗老年晚期非小细胞肺癌临床对比研究

目的：对比观察健择联合顺铂与长春瑞滨联合顺铂治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效,为临床用药提出指导。方法：以自2009-12～2011-12于我院进行晚期非小细胞肺癌化疗的112例老年患者为研究对象,随机平均分为2组,GP组进行健择联合顺铂治疗,NP组进行长春瑞滨联合顺铂治疗,观察两组患者治疗后有效率,毒性反应等情况。结果：两组患者经过2周期治疗后观察,GP组有效率为39.29%,NP组有效率为37.50%,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;GP组以血小板减少为主要毒副反应,NP组以白细胞减少、静脉炎等为主要毒副反应（P〈0.05）。结论：健择联合顺铂与长春瑞滨联合顺铂治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌均有效,且毒副反应较轻,均可根据患者不同情况进行选择,作为一线药物使用。

Clinical Contrast Study of Two Chemotherapy for Care of Elderly Advanced Non-small-cell Lung Cancer

Objective：Comparative analysis of Gemzar plus cisplatin and vinorelbine plus cisplatin 112 cases of elderly patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer effects,for clinical guidance.Methods：Since December 2009 to December 2011 in our hospital for advanced non-small cell lung cancer,112 cases of elderly patients in this study were randomly divided into two groups,GP group Gemzar and cisplatin,NP group for vinorelbine and cisplatin therapy,were observed after treatment efficiency,toxicity and so on.Results：The two groups of patients after 2 cycles after treatment,GP group was 39.29%,NP group was 37.50%,the difference was not statistically significant（P0.05）;GP group to thrombocytopenia as the main toxicity,NP group to neutropenia,phlebitis as the main toxicity（P0.05）.Conclusions：Gemzar combined with cisplatin and vinorelbine plus cisplatin treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer are effective,and less toxicity,can be selected according to different situations of patients,as first-line drug use.
