氯诺昔康颗粒微生物限度检查方法的验证

目的:对氯诺昔康颗粒微生物限度检查方法进行方法学验证。方法:细菌计数采用低速离心-培养基稀释法,霉菌及酵母菌计数采用常规法,控制菌采用常规法。结果:各试验菌的回收率均高于70%,稀释剂对5种试验菌的回收率均高于70%,阴性对照组未检出阴性对照菌,试验组检出阳性试验菌。结论:可以采用本微生物限度检查方法进行氯诺昔康颗粒的检查。

Valiuation of Microbial Limited Test for Lornoxicam granule

Objective： To verify the microorganism limited inspecting method of lomoxicam granule. Methods： Diluling Palate Method for Bacteria Count, Molds and yeasts using conventional method, Control of bacteria using conventional method. Results：The rate of every trail bacteria was higher than 70% ,and the rates of five diluted trail baeterias were higher than 70%, The negative control group were not detected in the negative control bacteria, The test group positive test bacteria. Conclusion：It is feasible to test Paracetamol by Valiuation of Microbial limited test.
