组织多普勒Tei指数评价尿毒症患者左室功能

目的:探讨组织多普勒Tei指数在评价尿毒症患者心脏功能损害的价值。方法:将46例尿毒症患者及30例正常人分别进行二维超声心动图(2D)各参数及EF、FS、二尖瓣脉冲及组织多普勒检测,分析两组间各项指标差异。结果:尿毒症组较对照组比较LA、LVDd、LVDs明显増大,IVSd、IVSs、LVPWs、LVPWd显著增厚,LVM显著增重(P<0.01)。两组左心功能参数比较EF、FS、E无统计学差异,A、VA较对照组增大,E/A、VE、VE/VA均较对照组减小(P<0.01),TDI-Tei较对照组明显增大(P<0.01)。结论:尿毒症患者2D表现与正常组相比有明显差异,Tei指数能够简便、有效地评价尿毒症患者的左心功能,特别是在收缩功能正常情况下早期提示舒张功能障碍。

Investigation of the Tissue Doppler Tei Index in Evaluation of Left Ventricular Function in Uremia Patients

Objective ：To investigate the tissue Doppler Tei index in the evaluation of cardiac dysfunction in patients with uremia value. Methods：46 patients with uremic patients and 30 normal subjects were two -dimensional echocardiography （ 2 D） and the parameters EF, FS, and tissue Doppler mitral pulse detection, analysis, differences in the indicators between the two groups. Results：In uremic group than in the control group LA,LVDd,LVDs was Zeng large,IVSd,IVSs,LVPWs,LVPWd significant thickening,LVM significant weight gain（ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Two sets of parameters of left ventricular function compared EF, FS, E no significant difference, A, VA than the control group increased, E / A, VE, VE / VA than the control group de- creased（ P 〈 0. 01 ）, TDI- Tei than the control group significantly increased （P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion：2D performance in uremic patients compared with the normal group were significantly different,Tei index can be simple and effective evaluation of left ventricular function in patients with uremia,especially in the case of normal systolic function,diastolic dysfunction early tips.
