摘    要:目的探讨表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯(EGCG)对大鼠脑缺血-再灌注损伤的预防作用。方法通过建立大鼠大脑中动脉阻断模型,观察EGCG对脑缺血-再灌注损伤时神经功能缺损评分,脑组织含水量、乳酸含量、能量代谢酶活性的影响。结果 EGCG能使神经功能缺损评分分值明显降低,脑组织含水量、脑组织乳酸含量有所减少,Na+-K+-ATP酶活性升高,与模型组相比差异有显著性(P〈0.05)。结论 EGCG对大鼠局灶性脑缺血-再灌注引起的神经损伤有预防作用,机制可能与其改善脑细胞代谢、减轻脑水肿有关。

Abstract:Objective To study the protective effects of epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG) on focal cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury in rats. Methods To build the animal model of focal cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury by the middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO). The evaluations of neurological function were scored' by Longa score method; the brain tissue water content was measured with drywet quality method;the content of lactic acid(LA) and the activity of Na+ -K+ -ATPase in brain tissue were detected. Results Compared with ischemia- reperfusion group, EGCG treatment exhibited the remarkable reduction in neurologic deficit scores, somewhat decrease of water content and LA in brain tissue and significant increase of the Na+- K+ATPase activity, which showing significant difference( P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion EGCG has the protective effect on cerebral ischemiareperfusion injury in rats. The mechanism might be related to decrease brain edema and improve brain cell metabolism.
