下肢静脉造影在诊断下肢静脉疾病中的应用

目的 分析下肢静脉造影表现,总结下肢静脉造影对诊断下肢静脉疾病的意义.方法 对149位患者196侧下肢进行静脉造影,分析其影像表现.结果 所有下肢静脉疾病均明确诊断,其中:下肢深静脉血栓形成及后遗症31例,下肢静脉功能不全159例,静脉畸形6例.结论 下肢静脉造影是诊断下肢静脉疾病的重要方法 之一.

The application of the venography in diagnosis of lower limb vein disease

Objective To analyze the venography results and summarize the clinical meaning of venog-raphy in diagnosis of lower limb venous disease. Methods Data of 149 cases ( 196 extremities) underwent venography were reviewed retrospectively. Results All lower limb venous diseases were diagnosed clearly by venograpby, and there were 31 extremities with deep venous thrombosis, 159 extremities with insufficien-cy of deep venous valves and 6 extremities with vascular malformations among them. Conclusion The venography is one of the most important methods in diagnosis of lower limb venous disease.
