摘    要:本文报道了安徽省和县陈桥江心洲滩开展以治理滩地为主的综合防治措施控制血吸虫病流行的效果。结果显示,4年间居民血吸虫感染率由开发前7.58%降至0.8%,下降了89.4%,急性感染得到了控制,耕牛感染率由26.1%降至1.9%,下降了92.7%;钉螺感染率及感染性螺密度均显著下降。通过开发,社区荒滩的面貌被改变,初步建立了一个林场、牧场和养鱼塘,收到了良好的社会、经济和生态效益。

Abstract:A comprehensive control measure mainly based on harnessing environment of snail-ridden areas to control schistosomiasis was carried out from 1991 to 1994 in Chenqiao village,Hexian county,Anhui.The results showed that prevalence rate of residents with the disease decreased from 7.58% to 0.8%,a reduction of 89.4%;Acute schistosomiasis was effectively controlled;Positive rate of stool examination in cattle dropped from 26.1% to 1.9%,a reduction of 92.7%;prevalence rate of snail and density of infected snails in reclaiming areas decreased significantly.Though the integrated exploitation,a barren marshland in the pilot area was changed into a forestry,a safe pastureland and a fish pond respectively,and great social,economic and ecological efficacy were achieved.
