| 摘 要： | 本文报道涎腺癌１６０例，全部行手术切除、病理检查。其中５年以上随诊１２８例，１０年以上１１０例，重点分析形态学特征与存活率的关系。粘液表皮样癌５年存活率６９．２％，低于多数报道。腺样囊性癌５年存活率７４．１％，两者的分化程度与预后无关。腺癌５年存活率７１．４９％，组织学分级与预后有肯定关系。恶性混合瘤５年存活率为７０．４％，淋巴结转移与预后有肯定关系。腺泡细胞癌７例，５年全部存活，其结果高于其他报道。 |
