模块式岗位培训法在静脉药物配置中心的建立和运用

目的:探讨模块式岗位培训法(MES)在静脉药物配置中心(PIVAS)岗位培训中的建立和运用。方法:借鉴MES的原理和方法,从建立模块、实施培训和考核评估方面阐述其建立的步骤和方法,并与传统岗位培训方法比较。结果与结论:MES的建立包括收集整理与PIVAS全部职能相关的知识和操作技能,划分岗位职能及知识、技能模块,模块编写,订立与维护《培训手册》4个阶段;培训的实施即制订个体化的培训计划和培训记录并在其指引下在岗学习;考核评估包括日常考核、期末考核及考核结果处理。由于MES突出了岗位技能训练,因此在培训的针对性、灵活性、实用性、系统全面性等方面优于传统以课堂讲授、师徒帮带为模式的岗位培训方法。

Establishment and Application of Modules of Employable Skill in PIVAS

OBJECTIVE： To investigate the establishment and application of Modules of employable skill （MES） in Pharmacy intravenous admixture services （PIVAS）. METHODS： According to the principle and method of MES, the steps and methods of MES were interpreted in respects of module establishment, implementation of training, examination and evaluation. And then it was compared with traditional training method. RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSIONS： The establishment of MES includes 4 stages, such as collecting relevant knowledge and skills of PIVAS; differentiating position function module, knowledge module and skill mod- ule; writing module; compiling and maintaining Training Manual. The implementation of training means the formulation of individ- ual training plan and records, on-the job learning under it. The examination and evaluation include daily examination, final exami- nation and disposal of examination results. MES highlights the skills training, so that it is superior to traditional training method of classroom teaching and passing on experience in respects of pertinence, flexibility, practicability and completeness.
