炭吸附法治疗重型破伤风的临床与实验研究

摘    要:目的探讨炭吸附法清除破伤风毒素治疗成人重型破伤风的临床疗效,并通过动物实验证实炭吸附法清除破伤风毒素的效能.方法将重型破伤风患者分成治疗组和对照组,治疗组用炭吸附法+常规治疗,对照组用常规治疗.在实验室,将破伤风毒素静脉注入兔子体内以制备破伤风动物模型,发病后用炭吸附法清除破伤风毒素,检测炭吸附法前后血液中破伤风毒素的含量变化.结果实验兔使用炭吸附法后,血清中破伤风毒素的含量下降80%以上.临床中,治疗组6例均抢救成功,痊愈出院:对照组13例,8例死亡.结论炭吸附法能消除破伤风患者血液中的大量破伤风毒素.该方法有效安全简单,能早期控制症状,减少并发症与死亡率.

Abstract:Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of the adsorptive process of charcoal in tretment for serious tetanus, and to verify the efficacy of the adsorptive process of charcoal on spasmotoxin clearance by animal experiment. Methods The patients with serious tetanus divide into treat group and control group, treat group treat with conventional therapy and adsorptive process of charcoal, and control group treat with conventional therapy. The rabbit of tetanus model were prepared by vein injection of spasmotoxin, and treat with adsorptive process of charcoal. The content of spasmotoxin of the tetanus rabbit's blood serum was detected before and after the treatment. Results The content of spasmotoxin of the tetanus rabbit's blood serum descended over 80%. All of 6 patients with serious tetanus in treat group were recovery, and 8 patients with serious tetanus of 13 cases in control group were death. Conclusions The adsorptive process of charcoal may clear a great quantity of spasmotoxin on the patients with tetanus. The simple technique were effective and safe, and it can control the symptom of tetanus and reduce the complication and death rate.
