脑出血大鼠血浆神经肽Y及血清肌酸磷酸激酶MB型的变化

摘    要:目的 观察实验性脑出血条件下血浆神经肽Y(NPY)及肌酸磷酸激酶MB型 (CK MB)含量的动态变化 ,以探讨脑心综合征的发生机制。方法 采用胶原酶和肝素联合注入尾状核方法建立大鼠脑出血模型 ,测定出血前、出血后 30min、6、12、2 4、4 8及 72h血浆NPY活性及血清CK MB变化。采用放射免疫法测定血浆NPY的变化 ,采用酶反应速率法测定血清CK MB的变化。结果 大鼠脑内血肿开始形成的 6h血浆NPY活性、血清CK MB均较术前水平及对照组显著升高 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,并以脑出血 2 4h血肿高峰期时最为显著 (P <0 .0 1) ,随后逐渐下降 ,72h仍高于术前水平及对照组 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 脑出血时常伴有血清CK MB改变 ,外周NPY含量升高可能参与脑心综合征的发生发展。

Abstract:Objective To observe the changes of plasma neuropeptide Y(NPY) and creatine phosphate kinasc-MB(CK-MB) during cerebral hemorrhage(ICH) and to explore the mechanism of cerebral-cardiac syndrome.Methods The ICH was established by infusing collagenase and heparin into rat caudate nucleus.The changes of plasma NPY and serum CK-MB were observed before operation and 30 min,6 h,12 h,24 h,48 h and 72 h after operation,respectively.NPY activity in plasma was determined by radio-immunoassay and CK-MB was determined by enzyme reaction rate method.Results NPY activity in plasma and CK-MB in serum obviously increased during 6 h after intracerebral hematoma formation (P<0.05),and became significant at 24 h,the peak time of intracerebral hematoma formation (P<0.01),then gradually decreased.Conclusions ICH is often accompanied by abnormal change of CK-MB in serum.The enhanced activity of peripheral NPY may play an important role in the mechanism of cerebral-cardiac syndrome.
