红外乳腺诊断仪的临床应用

目的 :探讨红外乳腺诊断的临床价值。方法 :采用红外乳腺诊断仪 ,对 3795例乳腺病患者行红外乳腺检查。结果 :3795例中 ,男 11例 ,均为男性乳腺发育 ,女 3784例 ,其中乳腺癌 4 1例 ,占 1.1% ,良性病变 374 3例 ,占 98.9% ,乳腺癌术前诊断阳性率 95 % ,假阳性率 5 %。结论 :红外乳腺可以诊断各种乳腺疾病 ,鉴别良恶性肿瘤 ,是临床上一种不可缺少的辅助诊断方法。

Clinical value of the infrared breast diagnosis instrument

Objctive:To evaluate the clinical valve of the infr ared breast diagnosis.Methods:Three thousand seven hundred and ninety five patients with breast disease were examined with the infrared breast diagnosis instrument.Results:In 3795 cases,11 cases were masculine mastoplasia,3784 cases were female,41 among 3784 cases were breast cancer(1.1%),3743 cases were benign diseases(98.9%).The positive rate of diagnosing breast cancer before operation was 95%,and the false positive rate was 5%.Conclusions:All kinds of the breast diseases can be diagnosed and be distinguished to be benign tumour or malignant tumour by the infrared breast diagnosis.It is a necessary assistant method.
