| 摘 要： | 乌司他丁(UTI)是从人体尿液中提取的尿胰蛋白酶抑制剂,能抑制多种蛋白、糖和脂类水解酶的活性,减少炎性介质的过度释放,改善微循环和组织灌注。本文就对机体各重要器官组织在受到不良刺激时的保护作用及其机制进行综述。

| Abstract: | Ulinastatin is a urinary trypsin inhibitor extracted from human urine.Its pharmacological efficacy includes suppressing activation of several kinds of proteases,glucosidases and lipases,inhibiting excessive release of inflammatory cytokines and improving microcirculation and organ perfusion.The literatures is concerned to the protective effect of ulinastatin on human body is reviewed. |
