山东省城乡居民对基本公共卫生服务满意度的对比分析

目的 了解山东省城乡居民对基本公共卫生服务的满意度差异。方法 采取分层抽样和随机抽样相结合的方法，对山东省4900个重点服务对象进行满意度问卷调查，采用非参数两样本独立检验分析城乡居民满意度是否存在统计学差异。结果 农村居民对基本公共卫生服务的整体满意度高于城市，农村高血压患者满意度较城市高，城市老年人对医务人员技术水平和服务态度的满意程度较农村老年人低，城市孕产妇对医疗机构环境和设施满意度相对较低。结论 加大对城市居民的宣传力度，加强培训，提高城市基层医疗卫生机构医务人员的整体素质，在基础设施和环境建设上对重点人群有所侧重。

Comparative study on residents′ satisfaction to the basic public health service between urban and rural areas in Shandong province

Objective To analyze the difference of people′s satisfactory with the basic public health service between urban and rural areas in Shandong province. Methods This study questionnaired 4900 target objects using random sampling and stratified sampling methods. The nonparametric two-independent-samples test was used to explore whether the residents′ satisfaction between urban and rural areas had significant differences. Results This study showed that the overall satisfaction of rural residents was higher than that of the citizens. The rural hypertensive patients′ satisfaction level was higher than that of the citizens′. Besides, the elder in city had a lower level of satisfaction with the technical merit and service attitude of the medical staff than that of the elder in country, and the maternal in city also had a low level of satisfaction on the environment and facility. Conclusion It is important to enhance propaganda to the citizens and strengthen the training of public health workers in order to increase their overall quality. What′s more, we should improve the infrastructure and environment and lay emphasis on the focus crowd.
