雌性食蟹猴月经周期中雌二醇、孕酮水平的变化及其与血脂的关系

摘    要:观察雌性食蟹猴月经周期中雌二醇、孕酮水平的变化及其与血脂的相关性,并将其变化规律与育龄妇女月经周期中的雌二醇、孕酮变化规律相比较.选取20只性成熟雌性食蟹猴测定其血清雌二醇(E2)、孕酮(P)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、载脂蛋白Al(ApoAl)和载脂蛋白B(ApoB)的水平,历时31~51天.观察其中6只在月经期、卵泡期、排卵期及黄体期的E2、P、TC、TG、HDL-C、ApoAl和ApoB水平的变化.结果显示,雌性食蟹猴的E2与TC、ApoAl、ApoB呈正相关,与TG、HDL-C呈负相关;P与TG、ApoB呈正相关,与HDL-C呈负相关.卵泡期E2水平最高,黄体期P水平最高.雌性食蟹猴月经周期中E2、P水平的变化与血脂水平的变化之间存在动态平衡.其E2、P变化规律与育龄妇女月经周期中的变化规律相似,可能为探讨雌性激素与血脂变化的关系及其对心血管疾病的影响提供动物试验的基础资料.

Abstract:To observe the changes of the estrogen(E2) and progestogen(P) levels during the menstrual cycle and the correlation between them and the serum lipid levels in female cynomolgus monkeys,twenty sexually mature female cynomolgus monkeys were enrolled in this study.The blood samples were collected for 31 to 51 days.The serum levels of E2,P,total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),apolipoprotein A1(ApoA1) and apolipoprotein B(ApoB) were determined.The changes of serum levels of E2,P,TC,TG,HDL-C,ApoA1 and ApoB during the menstrual period,follicular phase,ovulatory period and luteal phase in 6 of these monkeys were observed respectively.The results showed that the serum E2 level was correlated positively with TC,ApoA1,and ApoB,and was correlated negatively with TG and HDL-C.The serum P level was correlated positively with TG,ApoB,and was negatively correlated with HDL-C.The highest levels of E2 and P were observed during the follicular phase and the luteal phase respectively.The results indicate that there is a dynamic equilibrium between the changes of the estrogen and progestogen levels and the changes of the serum lipid levels during the menstrual cycle in female cynomolgus monkeys.The change law of the estrogen and progestogen levels is similar to that in women of childbearing age.This study may provide basic data for exploring the relationships between the female sex hormones and the changes of serum lipids as well as the effect of these hormones on cardiovascular diseases.
