| 摘 要： | 目的建立资料档案,使灭菌专业技术工作逐渐趋向标准化、目标化、定量化、科学化的管理. 方法依据<军队医院分级管理标准>,对原始资料进行系统整理、分类、建档. 结果建立物品回收、清洗、消毒、灭菌、储存、发放等消毒供应科资料档案. 结论消毒供应科资料档案为医院目标管理和决策服务提供了保障.

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To establish the files of sterilization and supply department and achieve the standardization, purposefulness, quantification, and scientific constitution. METHODS According to Military Hospital Grading and Management Standardization to collect, sort and file the archives of department. RESULTS The files of department were established for callback, cleanout, antisepsis, sterilization, deposit, supply,etc. CONCLUSIONS To establish the files of sterilization and supply department might obviously facilitate the target managment and decision service. |
