| 摘 要： | 目的：观察舒血宁注射液治疗冠心病心绞痛的疗效。方法：用复方丹参注射液作为对照，服药前后记录心绞痛症状、心电图ST—T改变、动态心电图缺血性ST—T改变的时间、血黏度和血脂的情况。结果：舒血宁注射液治疗后，病人心绞痛总有效率为93．8％，心电图改善总有效率为75．0％，动态心电图缺血性ST—T改变的时间（min）由（82．43±12．26）改善为（14．56±3．42），与复方丹参注射液治疗的对照组相比，有明显差异（P〈0．05）。结论：舒血宁注射液治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效可靠，未见明显的毒副作用。

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe the curative effect of Shu-xue-ning Injection on angina of coronary artery disease. Method： The cases in treatment group were treated by Shu-xue-ning Injection, and the ones in control group were treated by Compound Salvia Injection. Before and after treating record the symptoms of angina, ST - T changes in electrocardiogram, ST -T changes in dynamic electrocardiogram, blood viscosity and blood fat. Result ： The total effective rate of angina in treatment group was 93.8%, and that of electrocardiogram was 75.0%. The time of ST - T changes in dynamic electrocardiogram was from （82.43± 12.26） to （ 14.56 ±3.42）. There was significant difference between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Shu-xue-ning Injection is effective on angina of coronary artery disease, and has no notable side effect. |
