重庆市病残儿童父母再生育情况调查分析

目的:了解重庆市病残儿童父母再生育情况。方法:对2003～2007年经重庆市病残儿童医学鉴定,符合再生育二胎的父母进行问卷调查,由调查员填写调查表。结果:病残儿童父母对再生育权的满意度为97.65%,但再生育政策的宣传途径单一,再生育指导、孕前咨询、产前检查不尽科学、合理、规范,优生优育跟踪监测还没有完全覆盖。病残儿及再生育二胎的性别比偏高。结论:应扩大对病残儿童父母再生育政策的宣传途径,尽快建立科学、合理、规范的再生育监测技术体系,加强出生人口性别比例失衡的综合治理。

Survey on the Reproductive Status of Parents of Disabled Children in Chongqing

Objective： To investigate the reproductive status of the disabled children′s parents in Chongqing.Methods： A questionnaire survey on the reproductive status was conducted in the parents who were approved to have other children because their disabled children had been authenticated between 2003 and 2007.Results： A total of 97.65% of the respondents were satisfied with the re-birth policies.But some problems were found such as the insufficient ways of propagation on the re-birth policies as well as the irrationality of the guidance,preconception counseling and antenatal examination,and the narrow scope of birth defects monitoring.The sex ratios for the children of re-birth and the disabled children were high.Conclusion： Additional approaches of propagation on the re-birth policies should be developed.A scientific,rational,standardized monitoring technique system for re-birth should be established as soon as possible.The sex ratio disparity for the children of re-birth should be managed comprehensively.
