| 摘 要： | 采用早期复位跗外侧血管束植入及螺纹钉内固定术治疗距骨颈骨折、脱位９例，根据Ｈａｗｋｉｎｓ分型，Ⅱ型３例，Ⅲ型６例，均随访１年以上（平均２年３个月）。结果：优４例，良３例，可２例，未出现骨折不愈合及距骨缺血性坏死。笔者认为该方法有利于距骨血运重建，促进骨折的愈合。
