| Abstract: | The main duty of a university president is to clarify the orientation, mold the character, complete the mission of managing the university. A university president acts as an educationalist, politician, scientist, thinker, philosopher and social activist with showing extraordinary ability in influence and leadership and bearing necessarily the unique thought of running a university, the innovative ideology and reform spirit. Being a university president is a kind of self-surmounting challenge and a wonderful career. |
