东营市2009年传染病疫情报告时效性分析

目的掌握东营市传染病疫情报告时效性及其影响因素。方法利用东营市2009年网络直报系统的传染病个案库,分析网络直报各环节的报告时效性及其影响因素。结果 ＂诊断-生成＂总的中位数（P50）为4.07h,24h报告及时率为99.35%,明显高于2005年的74.97%的水平。通过分析,报告的时效性与不同县区、报告单位类型、病种有关。广饶县、利津县报告时效性较高,东营区最低;疾病预防控制中心报告时效性最高,医院最低;前5种传染病中病毒性肝炎报告时效性最低。结论东营市传染病报告时效性处于较高水平。报告时效性在不同地区、报告单位类型、病种之间存在差异。应加强疫情直报人员特别是部分医院疫情直报人员的培训,加大疫情管理工作力度,完善医院内部管理工作机制。

The evaluation of timeliness of reporting system for infectious diseases in Dongying city,2009

Objective To evaluate the timeliness of reporting system for infectious diseases.Methods The database of direct network reporting system was analyzed for reporting process of infectious diseases in Dongying city,2009.The timeliness of infectious disease reporting and its related factors were evaluated.Results The median time between the diseases diagnosed and report recorded by medical faculties was 4.07 hours.99.35% of diagnosed infectious diseases were reported in 24 hour.The timeliness of reporting system varied significantly by different regions,organizations and nature of diseases（P0.05）.Regional CDC usually reported cases of infectious diseases faster than did by local hospitals.The viral hepatitis was the worst among top 5 reported infectious diseases in timeliness.Conclusion The timeliness of infectious disease reporting varied among hospitals with delayed disease reporting and especially for improving their reporting management.
