2006-2009年济南市外来妇女艾滋病病毒常规监测结果分析

目的掌握济南市近年来外来妇女艾滋病病毒（HIV）感染状况及相关人口学特征,为制定艾滋病防治措施提供科学依据。方法以常规监测的形式,每季度一次对新流入的外来妇女进行HIV检测,蛋白免疫印迹试验确认。对每位被调查者逐一问卷调查,并对来自不同省份、不同职业和文化背景的女性HIV感染状况进行对比分析。结果 2006-2009年共监测1 049人,发现HIV感染者11例,HIV阳性检出率为1.05%,以异性性传播及静脉吸毒感染为主,现3例为艾滋病病人,3例死亡,阳性感染者中有3例传给配偶,1例传给子女。结论该人群HIV感染情况明显高于济南市其他高危人群,并造成二代传播,对济南市艾滋病流行存在深远影响,需不断加强监测力度。

HIV surveillance among immigrant women in Jinan city,2006-2009

Objective To investigate the demographic characteristics and HIV infection of female immigrants,who came to live in Jinan city from provinces other than Shandong.Methods A quarterly routine surveillance was performed for all new residents in Jinan city from 2006-2009.New residents from provinces other than Shandong received a HIV test and a questionnaire simultaneously.Positive HIV screening test results were further confirmed by RIBA.The data of new female residents were analyzed for epidemiological investigation.Results 1 049 female participants were investigated from 2006-2009 and 11（1.05%） HIV positive cases were confirmed.3 HIV carriers died during the period of investigation.The major transmission routes were heterosexual activities and drug use.Three husbands and one child were infected due to their HIV carrier wives and mother.Conclusion The new female residents from provinces other than Shandong were high risk group of HIV carriers.Family transmission of HIV occurred.It is important to provide them continuous surveillance of HIV infection and measures of family member protection from HIV carriers.
