社区慢性病管理适宜技术绩效评价体系研究

目的建立一套社区慢性病管理适宜技术绩效评价指标体系作为评估工具。方法采用文献法及专题小组讨论法初步确定指标体系,经过2轮德尔菲专家咨询法确定指标体系并进行实证分析。结果本研究确定指标体系共有指标51个,其中一级指标7个,二级指标14个,三级指标30个,同时确定一、二、三级指标的组合权重。结论指标体系覆盖面广,具有一定的合理性和可操作性,可为不同地区社区慢性病管理适宜技术绩效评价方案的制定提供参考依据。

Performance assessment system for chronic disease community management technologies

Objective To develop a performance evaluation index system for chronic disease community management technologies.Methods A comprehensive appraisal index system was established with literature reviewing,focus group discussion and Delphi methods.The selected indexes and established system were then tested for practicability and feasibility.Results The final performance system had 51 indicators,including 7 ones of the first-level,14 ones of the second-level and 30 ones of the third-level.The individual and compound weights were assigned simultaneously for each indicator and level,respectively.Conclusion The performance assessment system worked efficiently under different conditions per instruction.It should be valid and feasible for the evaluation of chronic disease community management technologies.
