| 摘 要： | 目的探讨糖尿病患者血清胱抑素C(Cys C)、尿α1-MG及β2-MG水平对肾损伤早期诊断价值。方法采用免疫比浊法检测血清Cys C、尿α1-MG及β2-MG水平。统计学处理采用SPSS统计学软件,组间比较用t检验,P0.05为差异有统计学处理。结果糖尿病患者血清Cys C、尿α1-MG及β2-MG水平均显著高于对照组(P0.05),单纯检测一项或两项指标阳性率较低,而联合检测则能提高阳性率。结论本研究表明血清Cys C、尿α1-MG及β2-MG能准确反映肾小球滤过功能,能敏感提示早期肾功能损害,可成为判断肾功能损害程度的敏感指标。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the early diagnostic value of combined determination of serum Cys C,urine α1-MG and β2-MG in diabetic nephropathy.Methods Serum Cys C,urinary α1-MG and β2-MG of patients with diabetic nephropathy were detected by immunoturbidimetry.Results The concentrations of serum Cys C,urinary α1-MG and β2-MG were significantly higher in patiens of diabetic nephro-pathy than in those of controls.Compared with the determination of a single or two markers,the combined determination of the three markers raised the positive rate of patients with diabetic nephropathy.Conclusion Serum Cys C,urinary α1-MG and β2-MG are sensitive markers for glomerular filtration rate and can indicate early renal impairment in patients. |
