一种新型双子季铵盐化合物的杀菌效果实验观察

摘    要:目的观察新型双子季铵盐化合物二溴化N,N,N′,N′-四甲基-N,N′-双十二烷基-1,4-苯二亚甲基二铵(1,4-DBnQA)杀菌效果。方法采用载体定量杀菌实验方法,并通过变化pH值和加入不同量小牛血清观察杀菌效果变化。结果含有效成分10 000 mg/L时,对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢作用120 min,杀灭率达到100.00%;含有效成分5 000 mg/L时,杀灭率均达到99.68%;该消毒剂对细菌繁殖体的杀灭效果是:含有效成分100 mg/L时,作用5 min,含有效成分50 mg/L时,作用20 min,含有效成分25 mg/L时,作用30 min,杀灭率均达到100.00%;pH值在5.0-9.0时,杀灭率始终大于99.95%,以pH值9.0时效果最好。有机物对该化合物的杀菌作用有一定影响。结论该双子季铵盐化合物对细菌繁殖体和细菌芽孢均有较强杀灭效果。

Abstract:Objective To observe the germicidal efficacy of a new type of Bis-quaternary ammonium salt,1,4-bis(N,N-dimethyl-N-dodecyl ammonium bromide-N-methylene) benzene(1,4-DBnQA).Methods Carrier quantitative germicidal tests were carried out for the compound.Bacteria were added to pieces of filter paper and treated with designed concentrations of compound solution at different periods of time.The residual bacteria were cultured and germicidal efficacy was analyzed.Results 100% Bacillus subtilis var.niger spores were disinfected when exposed to the solution containing 1,4-DBnQA 10000mg/L for 120min.The killing rates were more than 99.68% of bacillus subtilis var.niger spores could be disinfected when exposed to the solution containing 1,4-DBnQA 5000mg/L for 120min.The proportion of disinfection was 100% when vegetative forms of bacteria exposed to the solution containing 1,4-DBnQA 100mg/L for 5min,or 50mg/L for 20min,or 25mg/L for 30min.The optimal germicidal efficacy was obtained at pH 9.0 though the work pH ranged from 5.0-9.0..Calf serum had slight influence on germicidal efficacy of the 1,4-DBnQA .Conclusion The new Bis-quaternary ammonium salt has strong germicidal effect on vegetative forms of bacteria and bacterial spores.
