摘    要:目的探讨海岛渔民人群高尿酸血症的发生率及相关因素。方法采用分层整群随机抽样方法对1 012例渔民进行流行病学问卷调查和身高、体重、血压测量,同时测定血尿酸、血糖、胆固醇、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇,并以非从事渔业的健康男性体检者为对照组。结果海岛渔民的血尿酸的水平为(394.5±85.8)μmol/L,高尿酸症的患病率为29.2%,明显高于对照组(365.8±69.1)μmol/L,23.8%的患病率,P0.01,高尿酸血症的渔民患高甘油三酯血症、高胆固醇血症、低高密度脂蛋白血症、糖尿病、高血压、肥胖的检出率明显高于尿酸正常渔民。多因素非条件logistic回归分析结果显示:肥胖、血脂紊乱、饮酒、吸烟和高尿酸血症有关。结论本研究表明海岛渔民患高尿酸血症高于其他地区,应加强对高尿酸症和相关疾病的防治。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the prevalence of hyperuricemia and its risk factors in fishermen.Methods A total of 1 012 fishermen were selected by stratified cluster sampling.All the selected fishermen participated a questionnaire survey and laboratory testing for fasting serum uric acid(SUA),plasma glucose,cholesterol,triglycerides and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol as well as medical examination,which included the measurement of blood pressure(BP)and body mass index(BMI).Results The concentration of SUA and the prevalence of hyperuricemia were significantly higher in fishermen than those in control group(394.5±85.8)μmol/L vs(365.8±69.1)μmol/L,29.2% vs 23.8%,respectively(P0.01)].The prevalence rate of hypertriglyceridemia,hypercholesterolemia,hypoalphalipoproteinemia-c,diabetes,hypertension and BMI were significantly higher in the fishermen of hyperuricemia than those in the fishermen of normal SUA.The results of a logistic regression model suggested the association of overweight,dyslipidemia,alcohol intake and smoking with hyperuricemia.Conclusion Fishermen had high prevalence of hyperuricemia.The measures of intervention should be strengthened to protect the population from hyperuricemia and its related diseases.
