| 摘 要： | 本文把军事斗争卫勤准备融入军队医院平时的全面建设之中,形成相互牵引、相互促进的良性互动,阐述了主要做法、成效和体会。一是要打牢保障能力基础,为全面发展创造条件;二是抓住军队医院的建设特点,走出特色发展路子;三是做好平时应用与战时保障的关系,全面提升以练为战的作风养成。

| Abstract: | This article elaborated the methods, effects and experiences of penetrating the work of medical preparation into overall construction of hospital in peacetime, which can accelerate the development of each other. Firstly, we should firm the basis of support ability to create conditions of the overall development of hospital. Secondly, exploit special development approach according to the characters of military hospital construction. Thirdly, dispose well the relation between applications in peacetime with support in wartime; upgrade the style nurturance of drilling for fight. |
