羟基喜树碱在胃癌术后化疗中的临床应用

目的：观察以羟基喜树碱为主的化疗方案在胃癌术后化疗中的疗效及不良反应。方法：43例胃癌术后患者采用羟基喜树碱加阿霉素、丝裂霉素、5-FU进行联合化疗，观察该组患者的近期疗效和不良反应。结果：1年内复发14例，占32．6％；死亡5例，1年生存率86．4％。不良反应主要表现为消化道反应和骨髓抑制，经处理后均能坚持治疗。结论：以羟基喜树碱为主的化疗方案在胃癌术后化疗中的近期疗效显著，虽有一定的毒副作用，但患者均能耐受，因此，该方案值得推广应用。

Clinical Aplication of Hydroxycamptothecin in Postoperative Chemotherapy of Gastric Cancer

Objective: To evaluate the efficacy and adverse reactions of hydroxycamplotheein in postoperative chemotherapy of gastric-cancer. Methods: 43 cases with gastic cancer after operation were treated by hydroxycamplotheein combined with ADM.MMC and 5-FU. Results : The 1 -year survival rale was 86.4 % (38/43), recurrence within one year was 32.6 % (14/43), 5 cases died . The main adverse reactions were bone marrow suppresion and gastro-intestinal symptoms.Conclusion: Hydroxycamptothecin combined with ADM,MMC and 5-FU had remarkable short-term therapeutic effects and acceptable adverse reactions in posloperalive chemolherapy of gastric cancer. Fulhermore clinical re-seach is worthwhile.
