胆管癌组织中COX-2与VEGF的表达

目的 研究环氧化酶2（COX-2）和血管内皮生长因子（VEGF）在胆管癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法 应用免疫组化方法检测51例胆管癌标本和6例正常胆管标本中COX-2和VEGF的表达。结果 COX-2及VEGF在胆管癌组织中的表达阳性率分别为74．51％和82．35％，明显高于正常组织中的0％和50．0％（P〈0．01）。COX-2与VEGF表达呈正相关（r=0．519，P〈0．01）。结论 COX-2与VEGF均与胆管癌的转移有关，COX-2表达与VEGF表达可能有协同作用，共同促进了肿瘤血管的生成，从而促进胆管癌的生长、浸润与转移。

Expression of cyclooxygenase-2 and vascular endothelial growth factor in cholangiocarcinoma

Objective To investigate the expression and significance of cyclooxygenase-2(COX-2),vasular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) in extrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma.Methods COX-2 and VEGF were detected in 51 cases of extrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma and 6 normal bile ductal tissues by immuohistochemistry.Results The positive rates of COX-2 and VEGF in cholangiocarcinoma tissues were 74.51% and 82.35% respectively,which were significantly higher than those in normal bile ductal tissues(0% and 50.0% respectively)(P<0.01).Expression of COX-2 was possitively correlated with that of VEGF(r=0.519,P<0.01).Conclusion The expression of COX-2 and VEGF in cholangiocarcinoma was related with metastasis of cholangiocarcinoma.The coexpression of COX-2 and VEGF might play an important role in angiogenesis,which promotes the growth,invasion and(metastasis) of extrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma.
