| 摘 要： | 【目的】验证中药芪芎健肾颗粒对大鼠系膜增生性肾炎的治疗作用。方法】建立大鼠系膜增生性肾炎模型，观察大鼠24h尿蛋白定量、肾功能和肾脏病理形态学的改变。【结果]芪芎健肾颗粒低剂量组、芪芎健肾颗粒高剂量组与模型组比较，可降低尿蛋白（pro）、血肌酐（CR）、尿素氮（BUN）的含量，抑制系膜细胞增生和系膜基质增多。【结论】芪芎健肾颗粒对系膜增生性肾小球肾炎有治疗作用。
