| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the diagnostic value of MRI in preoperative staging of endometrial carcinoma.Methods:A total of 33 EC patients diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January 2018 to Ocotomber 2021 were collected as the study subjects.All patients were examined by MRI before surgery and staged,and compared with postoperative pathological staging.Results:MRI showed high consistency with pathological diagnosis in the depth of intramuscular invasion,cervical invasion and parauterine invasion of endometrial carcinoma.Conclusion:Preoperative MRI examination of endometrial cancer can effectively and accurately evaluate the lesions and provide guidance for further clinical treatment. |
