| Abstract: | Purpose:To analyze the T1 weighted perfusion characteristics and hemodynamic changes of hepatocellular carcinoma.Methods:T1 weighted perfusion imaging was performed on 21 patients with hepatocellular carcinoma,time-intensity curve and perfusion map were constructed,and the perfusion parameters of tumor tissue and normal liver parenchyma were compared.Results:Time-intensity curve and perfusion map showed:the tumor showed quick rise and quick drop;However,the normal image was supposed to be slow rise and slow drop;The tumor area is significantly higher in perfusion than normal liver parenchyma.The perfusion parameters of hepatic tumor and normal liver tissue have obvious difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:T1-weighted perfusion imaging can visually reflect and quantify the blood perfusion characteristics and hemodynamic changes of hepatocellular carcinoma,and has certain application value for hepatocellular carcinoma. |
