Application progress of freeze-dried plasma in the treatment of hemorrhagic shock in civilian and military trauma

Hemorrhagic shock is the main cause of death in the early stage of civilian and military trauma.Early plasma infusion could improve the survival rate of patients with hemorrhagic shock in civilian and military trauma.The components of freeze-dried plasma(FDP)are basically the same as that of fresh frozen plasma(FFP),and it has good effect on the rescue of patients with hemorrhagic shock in civilian and military trauma.Meanwhile,it has advantages in storage and transportation.In the rescue of civilian and military trauma,FDP ensures the casualties timely and effective fluid resuscitation,and improve the rescue level of civilian and military trauma.Our study reviewed the current status of research,clinical application and advantages of FDP,aiming to provide information for the rescue of casualties with traumatic hemorrhagic shock.
