精神科护理教学中应用信息化教学提高大专生人文关怀品质的效果研究

摘    要:目的研究护理信息化教学对精神科护生人文关怀品质中的应用。方法选取2015级大专生207名为对照组,选取2016级大专生202名为实验组,在精神科护理教学中,对照组大专生采用以讲授法为主的传统教学方式,实验组大专生采用融入人文关怀的信息化教学方式。两组大专生在课程教学前后应用护理人文关怀品质调查问卷进行测评,并在课程结束后填写课程教学满意度调查表。结果实验组大专生的人文关怀品质、对教学的满意度均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论在精神科护理教学中融入人文关怀的信息化教学方式,可有效提高大专生的人文关怀品质和对教学的满意度。

Abstract:Objective To study the application of nursing information-based teaching in the humanistic care of psychiatric nursing students.Methods A total of 207 college students in 2015 grade were selected as the control group and 202 college students in 2016 grade were as the experimental group.In the teaching of psychiatric nursing,the college students in the control group adopted the traditional teaching method,while the college students in the experimental group adopted the information-based teaching method integrating humanistic care.The two groups of students measured the quality of humanistic care before the course teaching,and filled in the course teaching satisfaction questionnaire after the course.Results The quality of humanistic care and teaching satisfaction of students in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.01 or P<0.05).Conclusion Integrating humanistic care into the teaching of psychiatric nursing can effectively improve the quality of humanistic care and students'satisfaction with teaching.
