基于快速康复外科的分散式日间病房护理管理实践及效果评价

目的实施基于快速康复外科的分散式日间手术病房护理管理实践,并进行效果评价。方法选取2016年1月至2017年10月收治的3271例手术患者,分为对照组和观察组,对照组实施常规病房管理,观察组实施基于快速康复外科的分散式日间病房护理管理,包括术前健康教育、术前准备、心理疏导、术后监护、饮食、早期活动等。结果观察组同期手术量从1389例增加至1882例,增幅为35.49%,其中日间手术占51.06%;观察组患者住院时间缩短、住院费用减少、患者满意度提高(P<0.01);两组患者死亡、跌倒、非计划性二次手术、30 d再入院率、浅表伤口感染率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论基于快速康复外科的分散式日间病房护理管理实践,提高手术量、缩短住院时间、降低医疗费用、提高满意度,保障患者安全质量。

Practice and effect evaluation of nursing management in decentralized day surgeryward based on fast track surgery

Objective To explorethe clinic practice and effect evaluation of nursing management in decentralized day surgery wards based on fast track surgery.Methods A total of 3271 surgery patients were divided into the observation group that from January to October in 2017 and control group that from January to October in 2016.The control group were given routine ward management.The observation group received decentralized day ward care management based on fast track surgery,including health education,preoperative preparation,psychological guidance,postoperative monitoring,diet care and early activities.Results Compare with the control group,the operation volume of the observation group increased from 1389 to 1882,with an increase of 35.49%,most of that were day surgery(51.06%).The hospitalization time in observation group were shortened,the hospitalization cost in observation group were decreased,and the patient satisfaction in observation group were increased(P<0.01).There were no significant differences in death,falls,unplanned secondary surgery,30-day readmission rate,and superficial wound infection rates between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Based on the practice of decentralized day ward nursing management in fast track surgery,it is suggested to increase the amount of surgery,shorten the length of hospital stay,reduce medical expenses,and improve patient satisfaction,so as to ensure the safety and life quality of patients.
