| 摘 要： | 自从2015年中国实施二胎政策以来,植入性胎盘发病率以惊人的速度增长,超声检查是产前诊断胎盘植入的首选方法,但其超声声像图特征复杂、主观性较强、诊断标准尚不完全规范.文章主要对产前诊断胎盘植入的二维超声、彩色多普勒超声、三维能量多普勒超声等的超声声像特征进行综述.

| Abstract: | Since China implemented the second-child policy in 2015,the incidence of placenta accreta has increased at an alarming rate.Ultrasound is the preferred method for prenatal diagnosis of placenta accreta,but its ultrasound imaging features are complex and subjective.,The diagnostic criteria are not yet fully standardized.This article mainly reviews the ultrasonic imaging features of two-dimensional ultrasound,color Doppler ultrasound,and three-dimensional power Doppler ultrasound for prenatal diagnosis of placental implants. |
