天津市各级医疗机构环境空气质量监测分析

摘    要:目的了解医疗机构环境空气消毒效果,为加强新冠肺炎防控工作提供依据。方法采用自然沉降法采样和细菌定量培养法,对天津市连续4年公立医疗机构室内空气质量进行监测与分析。结果天津市354家各级医疗机构室内空气质量在2015—2018年度平均合格率分别为90.59%、91.32%、91.35%和92.37%,年度间差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。各级医院内Ⅰ和Ⅱ类环境室内空气合格率较高,Ⅲ、Ⅳ类环境合格率低。结论天津市各级医疗机构室内空气质量整体较好,应进一步加强Ⅲ、Ⅳ类环境环境空气质量管理。

Abstract:Objective To understand the disinfection effect of ambient air in medical institutions and to provide a basis for strengthening the prevention and control of COVID-19. Methods The natural sedimentation sampling and the quantitative bacterial culture methods were used to monitor and analyze the indoor air quality of public medical institutions in Tianjin for4 consecutive years. Result The average qualified rates of indoor air quality in 354 medical institutions at all levels in Tianjin from 2015 to 2018 were 90. 59%,91. 32%,91. 35% and 92. 37%,respectively,with no statistically significant difference between the years( P > 0. 05). The qualified rates of indoor air in Class Ⅰ and Ⅱ environments in hospitals at all levels were relatively high,while the qualified rates of Class Ⅲ and Ⅳ environments were low. Conclusion The indoor air quality of medical institutions at all levels in Tianjin is generally good,and the management of ambient air quality in Class III and Ⅳ environments should be strengthened.
