新冠肺炎疫情期间民航飞机消毒效果评价

摘    要:目的研究新型冠状病毒肺炎(简称新冠肺炎)疫情期间民航飞机消毒技术方案的实施效果,为有效防控航空公共卫生风险提供科学依据。方法采用现场采样和细菌定量培养及核酸检测方法,对民航飞机舱内消毒效果进行评价。结果在新冠肺炎疫情期间,北京大兴机场、首都机场和海口美兰机场起降的东航和南航航班飞机清洁消毒执行率为100%,共实施常规清洁消毒6 785架次,预防性消毒530架次,终末消毒163架次。监测结果表明,消毒后机舱内表面自然菌消亡率为99.9%。16架次航班飞机机舱内表面新冠病毒核酸检测均为阴性,空气细菌总数均值为3 cfu/皿,物体表面细菌总数均值范围为2~6 cfu/cm2。结论新冠肺炎疫情期间,部分民航飞机按规范实施清洁消毒,预防性消毒采用季铵盐类、终末消毒采用含氯消毒剂喷雾和擦拭,均可达到消毒效果要求。

Abstract:Objective To study the effec of the civil aviation aircraft disinfection procedures during the COVID-19 epidemic,and to provide a scientific basis for effective prevention and control of aviation public health risks. Methods Using on-site sampling,quantitative bacterial culture and nucleic acid detection methods,the disinfection effect in the cabin of a civil aviation aircraft was evaluated. Results During the COVID-19 epidemic,the implementation rates of cleaning and disinfection of the aircrafts of China Eastern Airlines and China Southern Airlines that took off and landed at Beijing Daxing Airport,Capital Airport and Haikou Meilan Airport were 100%. A total of 6 785 times of routine cleaning and disinfection,530 times of preventive disinfection and 163 times of terminal disinfection were carried out. The monitoring results showed that the killing rate of natural bacteria on the inner surface of cabin after disinfection was 99. 9%. The nucleic acid tests for SARS-CoV-2 on the inner surface of cabins of 16 flights were all negative. The average total number of bacteria was 3 cfu/dish in the air and 2 ~ 6 cfu/cm2 on the surface of objects. Conclusion During the COVID-19 pandemic,some civil aviation aircrafts are cleaned and disinfected according to specifications. Quaternary ammonium salts are used for preventive disinfection and chlorine-containing disinfectants are used for terminal disinfection to spray and wipe,which can meet the disinfection requirements.
