| 摘 要： | 耳鼻喉科的常用、常见技术是许多其他科室开展护理工作的基本技术技能。为探讨如何提高护生耳鼻喉科临床实习质量问题,总结面临的问题,制定相应对策,采取规范带教管理流程,建立教学质控体系、加强带教教师队伍的建设、改进临床教学方法,培养学生医德素质等措施来解决当前护生临床实习面临的问题,逐步提高耳鼻喉科护生的实习质量。

| Abstract: | Common technique of ENT department is to carry out nursing work in many other sections of the technical skills.we summed the problems about to explore and improve the clinical practice quality of otolaryngology.Several measures were taken such asestablishing the teaching quality control system,strengthening the building of teachers to improve the clinical teaching methods,and planting students medical ethics.The goal is gradually to increase the ENT department nursing students practice quality. |
