超声波辅助溶栓药治疗脑梗塞59例对照研究

目的 探讨超声波辅助溶栓药治疗脑梗塞的临床疗效。方法总共入选病人116例，分为单纯溶栓药物治疗组（57人）和联合超声治疗组（59人），治疗36天。结果联合超声波治疗脑梗塞，基本治愈18．6％，显效40．7％，进步37．3％，无效3．4％，总有效率96．6％，与单纯溶栓治疗组比较，疗效明显（P〈0．01）。结论超声波辅助溶栓治疗脑梗塞，可以显著改善病人临床症状．疗效满意。

Ultrasound-Assisted Thrombolysis in Treatment of Cerebral Infarction:A Comparative Study of 59 Cases

Objective To investigate the ultrasound- assisted thrombolysis in the treatment of the clinical efficacy of cerebral infarction. Methods 116 cases of patients, who were divided into thrombolytic drug treatment group （57 patients） and united ultrasound treatment group （59 patients）, were given treatment of 36 days. Results United ultrasonic treatment of cerebral infarction had 18.6% of the basic cure, 40.7% of effectiveness, 37.3% of progress, 3.4% of invalidity, with the total effective rate of 96.6% ; Compared with thrombolytic therapy group, the united ultrasonic treatment had significant effect （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Ultrasound-assisted thrombolysis in the treatment of cerebral infarction can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients, which has a satisfactory efficacy.
