乐山市儿童麻疹抗体水平调查分析

目的了解乐山市儿童麻疹IgG抗体水平,为麻疹的预防和控制直至消灭提供科学依据。方法按照人体免疫水平监测方法,随机采取乐山市境内的犍为、峨边、夹江3个县0～14岁180名儿童的血清,定量检测其中的麻疹IgG抗体活性,并对检测结果进行统计分析。结果所调查的犍为、峨边、夹江3个县180名儿童麻疹IgG抗体阳性149例,阳性率为82.78%;3个县麻疹IgG抗体阳性率分别为91.67%、86.67%、70.00%,三者之间差异有统计学意义（χ^2=13.24,P=0.01）;各年龄组阳性率分别为0～3岁92.59%、4～6岁83.58%、7～10岁84.09%;11～14岁73.81%,各年龄组间差异无统计学意义（χ^2=11.46,P=0.075）;男性阳性率80.19%,女性阳性率86.49%,男女性之间差异无统计学意义（χ^2=1.24,P=0.537）。结论乐山市受调查县的儿童已形成良好的麻疹免疫屏障,麻疹疫苗的接种工作取得了良好成效,但还应对部分易感人群进行适时强化免疫,进一步提高免疫水平。

Measles antibody level among children in Leshan City

Objective To investigate the measles antibody level of children in Leshan City,and to provide the scientific basis for prevention and control of measles.MethodsOne hundred and eighty children who were randomly selected from Qianwei,Ebian and Jiajiang county were determined for measles antibody level.ResultsOne hundred and forty-nine of 180 children（82.78%） were positive for measles antibody.The positive rates of measles antibody were respectively 91.67%,86.67% and 70.00% among children in Qianwei,Ebian and Jiajiang county,and were respectively 92.59%,83.58%,84.09% and 73.81% for children aged 0-3,4-6,7-10 and 11-14 years.The differences in positive rate of measles antibody were statistically significant（χ^2=13.24,P=0.01）among children located in different counties,while were not significant among children of different age groups（χ^2=11.46,P=0.075）.There were 80.19% of the male children and 86.49% of female children were positive for measles antibody,the difference was not significant（χ^2 = 1.24,P= 0.537）.ConclusionThe measles antibody level is relatively high in Leshan City.Supplementary immunization should be adopted among the susceptible population.
